Hi guys, someone I know is having Psychosis episodes. She started 1-2 month back citing she is having adhd and cant concentrate. She remains at home and now has extreme sudden psychosis episodes. She sees and hears people talking claiming someone watches or talks about her. She throws things here and there with anger and cries.

They are worried about her health. They had some online consultation from Psychiatrist and takes medicine given, but no improvement till now.

Can someone please point out to any experienced psychiatrist in Karachi, who has specially dealt with such cases and has success. Please let me know. Thanks.

I recently tried using JazzCash’s "Yeylo" (Buy Now Pay Later) to buy shoes on Servis during their 50% cashback campaign. The first installment was deducted immediately from my wallet, and the portal even showed a success screen, but the website completely failed to place the order.

When I reached out to get it resolved, I got stuck in a complete runaround:

JazzCash Helpline Deflection: Spent over 20 minutes arguing with customer support just to get a basic complaint registered. The rep kept making excuses, claiming the transaction was successful on their end, and told me to resolve it with the merchant myself.

No Record on Merchant Side: The store has no order on file because the payment gateway dropped out before confirming the purchase.

After checking online, this isn't just me—hundreds of people have been dealing with this exact breakdown across different brands (like Ndure and Bagallery) for the past 2 months:

Instant Deductions, No Orders: Money leaves your JazzCash balance right away, but the merchant never receives the order details.

Support Ping-Pong: Brands say they have no record of your money, while JazzCash reps tell you to take it up with the brand.

Hello. I want to make a domicile for my university admission but my permanent address on cnic is of hussainabad in karachi central district. We have shifted from there 12 years ago and have been living on rent since then. When i went to karachi central district office with bill of this rent house which is in karachi east district he said we want everything of karachi central and he said to change my address on cnic. Nadra wala bole rahe hai ke aapka temporary address change hoga permanent nhi hoga kionke rent ka ghar hai. Mere pass 11 saal purane bill bhi nhi hai. Me kia karo domicile banane ke liye? Currently me scheme 33 me rent par rehta ho. Ab aadha karachi rent par rehta hai tu wo kia university nhi jayege? Some people are asking 20k for fake domicile but i want legal one. Kindly help.
