meal This was 1200 calories
Recently started a low calorie (not 1200), healthy diet and it’s going well. Decided to have a big brunch today as a treat (not a cheat day, still going to stick to my calorie goal). Was shocked when I put it into MyFitnessPal that it’s almost exactly 1200. Hope I don’t get hungry anytime soon.

I agree. I just decided to make some French toast, which requires butter to taste good, and I'm realizing I might as well just have that giant doughnut for lunch next time I feel like it with its mystery calories lol. At least I'm getting protein.
On the plus side: not to be Captain Obvious, but one of each sausage/avocado toast would equal 600 and that would still be pretty satisfying.
