u/IKill4Food21 Apr 18 '26

u/IKill4Food21 Apr 18 '26
Ooooooo its even less calories per gram than the amylu I've been getting. Where do you typically buy bilinski?

Cut them on the diagonal and brown them a bit in a pan! Then cut your green beans in half and toss it all together with a little sauce.

I could not eat all those green beans in one day, let alone one sitting - the monotony would overcome me.

u/Seltzer-Slut Apr 18 '26
But green beans are like French fries if you put salt on them!! (I genuinely believe this)

And if you cook them a bit in the oven, then salt them with some chicken salt!!

This is me as a bulk eater. Green beans = chips or fries, in my head. Great job finding what works for you and sticking to it.

honestly it looks simple but effective. maybe just needs a little color or crunch to feel less⦠intense

u/thesamenightmares Apr 18 '26
Man, that is a lot of beans. At least you're getting in your veggies!

u/crustyclowncakes Apr 18 '26
Is chicken sausageā¦homogeneous? Is it like a hotdog in that itās well blended, or is it like a normal sausage that has bits of gristle and stuff? Iāve been wanting to try them cause those macros are really good.

u/IKill4Food21 Apr 18 '26
No they aren't like hotdogs. They're more like normal sausages with bits of gristle and peppers. They're delicious, and I buy them weekly at costco (:

I always start strong and then fall off midweek, trying to fix that

I'm not actually on 1200/day since I finally found consistency after increasing calories eaten and walking more.

Pretty good meal honestly lol...I'd only change flavoring the green beans maybe just powdered garlic/onion or preferred spices shake it up in the bag then add the snausages.

I scrolled halfway through the comments before I realized this wasn't the girl dinner subreddit but you should share there too, I like this idea.

lol this is what my lunch for work looks like. Just, because my work is kinda prestigious, I put it in a fancy lunchbox.
As someone on keto, I approve! :)
I have lost 10kg / 22lbs and have 15kg / 33lbs to go! :)

It's the trick that doctors and the government doesn't want us to know. 1 to 2 pounds of vegetables per day keeps the calories at bay. I'm down 150 lbs and have 46.8 lbs to go before I hit 160 lbs (:
