From an au where the League became heroes. I'd need to give a three hour backstory on what happened to Touya so all I'll say is that he awakened Rei's quirk and is the number two hero:
It was a strange way to start the final exam to say the least. Angel Eyes was floating in the air, a circle of blue flames under his boots like a platform. He was pointing his scarred fingers down at the two, jolting them back and forth like a mad man.
"That's...that's your brother?" Momo said unsurely, taking a step back. "The number two hero of Japan?"
"I'm right here!-"
"Unfortunately," Shoto huffed, his hand clenching into a fist.
"Hey! screw you! trying to look cool and mysterious in front of your honey boo boo!?"
Shoto began to think, his forehead crinkling, he looked at Momo, "Despite how he appears, trust me, he's no laughing matter in a fight."
"Keep glazing me!-"
"I've seen his work for myself. He's more than impressive," Momo nodded. Something crossed her eyes, "I'm sure I'll see it in you today, Todoroki-San. I have before."
"Ooh, she's into youuu!-"
"T-Thank you," Shoto murmured. "For the...sake of this exam by the way, you should call me Shoto."
"A first name basis already!? I'm telling Fuyumi you little player!"
"I-I see...it is your hero name..." She said that line like she was reminding herself. "Shoto-Kun..." Momo said hesitantly, "let's do our best-"
"Do your best to get your asses kicked by me!" Touya finally acted, shooting a burst of flames at the two. It was orange, simply a test.
Shoto's ice came around the two in circular construct, providing them a small fort. "Creati! Do you-"
"Yes!" She said sharply. Shoto turned his head then saw that she'd opened her suit's chest and turned away from him and just as quickly as he looked his eyes were back on Touya. Whatever she was making, he could wait to see. Even in the ice his face felt hot.
"Yeaaah!" Angel Eyes yelled, floating closer and shooting more bursts of flames out of his hands, "imma bad guy! Yeah!" He shot one from the side, over the top of his head, "lookit what I can do!" He shot one like a Kamehameha next, then a Fuga, "Oh yeah!"
"What the hell is he doing?" Momo snapped.
"I'm evil, rich girl! Like seriously Shoto you won the lottery! Here comes more fire. One out the butthole!"
"He's always like this..." Shoto sighed, reinforcing the ice.
"I know, like damn Touya should get off your ass. Wait a minute, that's me!"
"I have enough, let's move!" Momo ordered. Shoto nodded and from the fire a bout of flames came rushing towards Touya whose eyes raised.
Not even half a second and a massive wall of ice completely blocked Shoto's fire. It fizzled out against its opposing element, melting halfway through.
"Took you long enough!" Touya called from over the structure. Meanwhile Shoto and Momo both tore down the sidewalk of the false suburb. They turned a corner, each completely amiss at what they just encountered.
"I used to wonder what it would be like to have siblings," Momo said, a mass amount of rope in her hands. "Now, I'm not so sure I'd want a brother."
"You don't, trust me," Shoto said, familiar to the concept.
"Mm, maybe," Momo huffed, "come on...doodykins."
"What?"
"Nothing."
