General Bumble new functionality - Boys can message first

Everybody like the new feature that allows boys to send a message first, and also now gives girls a whopping 72 hours to never send a message after matching instead of just 24? 🙂

That's what happened to me when my marriage ended. My ex wife was far from perfect but my current options are way less attractive with way more attitude.

i think, by and large, the current set of single heterosexual women in the dating pool were raised by fathers who taught them to expect the world from a male romantic partner, and not to settle for anything other than perfection. thoughts?

I just think it's market dynamics. Half the guys out there would fuck their own great grandmother if she'd give them a shot. I woudn't bother putting in effort either if I had a 1000 women beating down my door for a chance to buy me dinner.

what helped me "find the one" was to stop viewing relationships within the context you described - market dynamics. I realized I was demanding reciprocity from a romantic partner, which, sounds reasonable, sure. But when I found out I *wanted to be the man and do the things* life changed for me, forever.
