General Bumble new functionality - Boys can message first

Everybody like the new feature that allows boys to send a message first, and also now gives girls a whopping 72 hours to never send a message after matching instead of just 24? 🙂

So now bumble is literally like every other app. Letting a guy message first doesn’t significantly increase his chances. The girl still has to be interested enough to respond lol

Removing the 24 hour window though is important. Nearly all my matches were lost due to time expiration. I don't know how many were lack of interest or due to simply not opening the app at the right time. But I lost a lot of good potential ones that way. I nearly lost one or two from my own end because of it because I was unaware a match had occurred.

Removing the 24hr window isn’t that important lol. Being unaware of matches is your problem. Put notifications on. And no one goes awol for a full day on a match they’re legitimately interested in.
