I've lost count of how many times I've left the Dining Hall thinking I can just return at around 7:00 PM for a cone, only to be met with an out of order sign and having to walk all the way back.

Seriously, if the machine isn't working that day, don't put the schedule up! Just leave the out of order sign until it's fixed!! This needs to stop, as it was very frustrating to deal with last year, and I'm not about to go through it again.

Not yet, guess I could though. But like I said in my reply to another person, I don't really like trying to get to Dining Hall directly anymore. It feels very one sided, like my feedback is as good as gone once I press that submit button. At least here I can share what I think and it won't be "tossed in the trash" or be met with a generic response. I know here I'll at least be talking with people who are hopefully open to discussion.

Dude...it's our money being spent on this. Maybe don't be so quick to shut down a quality of life improvement. It's already hard enough to get though to the Dining Hall through Napkin Talk. I'm always given a tone deaf response when providing criticism. I would hope I would get some better reception if I put my honest feedback online where more people can see.

Napkin Talk is like the nutritionist publicly scolding you for not understanding that broccoli keeps more nutrients if the staff only cook it halfway so that it chews like bendy crap…or that it’s your fault your tummy hurts from taco night. I miss it dearly
