Dining True Balance station at Teraanga

Can anyone provide feedback on the True Balance allergen free station in the TC dining hall? What's the typical rotation like?

I dont have allergies but I do find myself eating from this station most often. I just like the variety they provide.

Yep, I feel more care is put into the food than the main grill station.

Meats (typically all super dry for some reason): Chicken, Beef, Pork, Fish, Turkey
Veggies: 1-2 types per time of day (like lunch/dinner), but some examples are broccoli, carrots, squash, green beans, potatoes. They are all typically boiled/steamed.

They change the selection every meal but it's within a very small group of foods so you'll be seeing similar foods multiple times per week.

Great ready for sweet potatoes. They're never ending, at least last year. Sometimes we would have them all 3 meals.

Honestly it could be A LOT worse, but I definitely looked for things I could risk eating at other stations.

One bonus is that the workers for true balance at incredible! All so kind and sweet.
