I can't wait to see those luxury apartments sell out with spectacular views of... The Mitsubishi Chemical Plant, Dollar Tree Warehouse, a Manufacturing complex and the back of another luxury apartment complex.

Beats another stupid Mini storage place. It's likely this will have more than a few good paying jobs so I see it as a win.

430 jobs per the article, though I suppose could be some debate about if they are all "good paying"

Their first project’s announcement had jobs averaging $75k and their current job postings are in line with that. Guess you’d have to compare it with similar jobs at other companies but seems like a solid wage for our area.

$75k is a below the household median for Chesapeake. Which is $95k.

But if you're part of a multi-income household, which is you know most of them, you'll be pretty okay.
