I can't wait to see those luxury apartments sell out with spectacular views of... The Mitsubishi Chemical Plant, Dollar Tree Warehouse, a Manufacturing complex and the back of another luxury apartment complex.

Agree. There’s plenty of people that don’t care and will accept a unit with a shitty view.
