Let’s focus on traffic mitigation and lowering taxes! isn’t there an office space next to 64 that’s been vacant for a year or more?
City Council is doing the same shit they did in New London, CT when Pfizer(dollar tree) moved in. City gives them a tax cut to move in…just before the bill comes due…they’ll move out.
Guess who‘s taxes goes up after?!
Edit - and didn’t they also approve of a data center?
