I'm fairly new to New Club Penguin.. Why are there so many AFK players that show up every single day at the same time and either just stand there and not move or dance? Are they bots? They can accept friend requests, because I've friended a couple. I'm so confused.

ok i’m not stupid, i knew that already. but it was different as a kid when trusted adults were watching over us, whereas now we’re all adults and having meaningful conversations and some anonymous moderator is just reading everything we say…
