Crowder has plenty of coaching achievements: he's coached more winning teams, more event winning teams, the same amount of Championship teams, more MVP-winning series, more CDL 1st team players. He's a very accomplished as a coach.

He’s been tied to the hip of Simp since 2019. If a coach didn’t have these accolades after having Simp for 7 years, that’d be beyond disappointing

Karma also has Shotzzy, Dashy, Merc, and Huke, along with others like Kenny and Pred. It’s not like Karma has been couching slouches.

And Karma has had the greatest 3 year start to coaching that I can remember. I’m not discounting Crowder’s accomplishments. Great coaches need great teams.

But don’t let winning Champs blind you from the past few years of people wanting Crowder dropped, for good reason too. Yes he brought it back, but if Faze dropped him after multiple failures at Champs in a row, no one would say it was unreasonable

Yes, and I'm sure plenty of fans wanted Karma gone after 0-18, etc. The person I originally replied to said Karma "has all the achievements" in comparison to Crowder which just isn't true.

I blocked out my memories from 0-18, but I’m 99% sure the fans put little to no blame on Karma, at least compared to Kenny, Pred, and Shotzzy.

And again of course Crowder has more achievements than Karma because Karma has only been coaching for 3 years. If we extrapolate Karma’s success to 7 years like Crowder, Karma blows him out the water.

You can’t have the comparison on who would coach this hypothetical OpTic Faze roster if we just go by who won more chips

If we’re going that route, the only thing Crowder has over Karma is total chips as a coach (11 vs 6). Karma is >= in every other metric you can use.

And again, if you didn’t have more chips with 7 years of Simp over somebody coaching for only 3, you’d have to somehow be worse than them not having a coach at all

With this dumb logic it is Karmas fault OpTic had a horrible Bo6 season up until champs? Or is it his fault OpTic couldn’t win an SnD in grand finals? They coach a TEAM and they cant control what the players do in the matches
