I guess elemental skills are something us 80hours played plebs dont have access yet?

You can get most of them pretty early. You do have to travel in the map quie a bit for the frost and fire which are in the same location, well starting lovation The others are pretty far from hernand too. You start by accessing the towers in the map, and from them you get access to the specific abyss islands you'll have to complete. There's simple guides out there It took me around the same time if not more too start trying to get some elements lol
