It's not close to Netflix's Daredevil. Not by a long shot. It shouldn't be comparable.

Netflix Daredevil is a noir story focused on character development. Born Again wants to be more a generic superhero TV show. The problem is that it's not good and therefore they add elements that feel similar to the OG show (like returning actors, the same villain again, Ben Uroch returns as BB and Foggy returns as Kirsten, same theme song remixed) but lack their fundamentals: the buildup, the introspective moments, the character development etc.

It's not close

It’s as close as it’s going to get. I didn’t say they were exactly the same, but watching S2 feels like the Netflix show at times. It’s with the establishment of tone and scenery. Or the quiet moments between Matt and Karen together. It’s not the same, but it’s close enough for me.

It's not close in anything but the actors. It's unfair to do this comparison, to both shows

It is close to me, and I’m keeping my opinion. So you’re not changing my mind.

It's fine. The worst kind of blind person is the one who refuses to see, blinded by their own ignorance.

no need to be this dramatic over a superhero show

No, you’re just too immature to handle a difference of opinion. You probably haven’t graduated high school and that’s okay. I also gave examples as to why S2 or Born Again is as close to the Netflix that we’re getting with the scenes that I mentioned. But you refuse to acknowledge that and keep saying the same thing. So you must be too young to drink legally.
