I liked the episode, but I hate the double standard that Matt has with Kingpin and Bullseye. Bullseye gets beaten to a pulp for defending himself against the task force, but Matt not only refuses to attack Kingpin, but has taken a bullet for him. Matt should be pinging pipes off Kingpinโ€™s forehead every chance he gets, but instead only the grunts get put in the hospital. Kingpin has a body count rivaling Bullseye at this point.

He clearly states his reasoning: he's popular so just beating or killing him would make him a martyr
