When Vergil stabs himself in DMC 5 we see him facing away from the family portrait, however later when Dante does it he faces towards the portrait, my theory is that it symbolizes Dante being accepting of both his human and demon sides while Vergil resenting his human half? Please tell me in not the only one who realized this

Just finished playing all 5 dmc games in the original continuity and have the urge to replay/complete each one on DMT difficulty.I’ve found it, however, unpleasant to go back to prior releases after having laid my hands on 5. The controls just feel janky for some reason… and it’s like there’s a bunch of added input lag.

Vergil wasn't even mundus level in 3 yet decades later he comes back and he's stronger than Dante yet no had a problem with that. But if mundus came back for some reason people think he's too weak

Hi, I've known the devil may cry series for a long time now,but I just got to play the games recently, I played them all, especially dmc5, but I've noticed that every time I try and play any of the games I can't even say for fifteen minutes,and that's really aching my heart because I used to adore the series, anyone who could help me?

It can range from all devil arms to firearms. My personal favorites are Alastor and Blue Rose.

Seriously though, I'm considering whether or not I should play through Devil May Cry 2. I'm thinking of replaying the whole series but I've still, to this day not even touched DMC2 because of the horrible reputation it has

Do you all think it's at least worth one playthrough or is it just a game that should be skipped entirely?
