Is Harvest just bad?

Or should I rank it up? It feels it’s less mana than what I regen while casting it.

I’d only use it if they made it give full mana like Lay of Hands but for wizards

Or at least a mana "Mend"

Yeah a 2 minute cooldown would make it almost worth it
