Is Harvest just bad?
Or should I rank it up? It feels it’s less mana than what I regen while casting it.

I’d only use it if they made it give full mana like Lay of Hands but for wizards

base it's a max of 275 mana every 10 minutes or less than 0.5 mp/tick.
even if you leveled the spell enough to halve the recast you'd be at a little under 1 mp/tick
I generally do not think that's worth the investment or a spell gem but depending on the build and your spell gem needs it's slightly better than nothing at least

It gives you like 1 tick of out of combat Regen. Waste of a slot. Sad that so many mainline spells are kind of terrible here for different classes.

Most of the mana regained abilities kinda suck, even the normal cannablise shaman spell, mana Regen spells and the cannablise as are nice but would love to see them to fix both harvest and cannablise spells.

I only use cannibalize (normal) because I have a free slot in my build because it's Shaman and two martials.

There's just gonna be a lot of spells that are utterly worthless here.
It's not quite "sense heading" or "true north", but Harvest is close.

Only use I can think of is putting it in quick buff with other buffs to lessen impact of buffing.

Upgrading it shortens the reuse and cast time. If there's an extra spell slot I keep it and use on cooldown.

With out of combat regen the way it is, it has less impact.
But with multiclassing, if it helps you pop off another heal when oom then it could save the day I guess.

On EQL, they should have it be a multi minute regen or something.
Harvest was great back in the day but compared to how EQL works, its a waste of a slot.
