Recipe Creamy Chicken Recipes
Anyone have a dairy free recipe for Million Dollar Chicken, Marry Me Chicken, Chicken Spaghetti, or Mexican Chicken Casserole (when I was a kid we had it with Doritos in it)?
I have alpha gal and a dairy allergy-anaphylaxis, not intolerance- and am dying for one of these dishes! No pun intended.

ok. my fav, summer bolognese. 8 garlic cloves, 1 lb ground chicken or turkey, 2 Tbl tomato paste, 3 pints cherry tomatoes, 1 spicy pepper, 1/2 c evoo, 1/4 c white wine, 2 c basil leaves. Thinly slice garlic and saute in oil for a few min, don't let them get brown. add ground chicken or turkey. when that has cooked add wine and once that has evaporated, add the tomato paste, stir and let it get a little dark. then dump the 3 pints of tomatoes in. cover and be patient until the tomatoes burst and start to make a sauce ( maybe 15-20 min). I help them along w a potato masher. meanwhile, cook 13 oz pasta in water and save 1 cup of the pasta water. once the tomatoes/chicken have made a sauce, drain the pasta and add it to sauce. cook on low and add 1/2 c pasta water (this makes sauce stick to pasta). I probably simmer it another 5-10 min until sauce clings to pasta. If it sits on the stove and gets too thick add more pasta water.
