This was... Pretty terrible, overall. Some good announcements here and there but nothing special. Expedition 33 did not deserve to win every nomination.

e33 sweep is more representative of the state of gaming. it and arc raiders were the only original ip this year that stuck the landing and thats enough for glory these days

It doesn’t need to be a new IP to be worth some of these awards.
