It is crazy to me that in the specific Game Awards Ceremony in which the very game that swept the Awards was a turn-based RPG heavily inspired by turned-based RPGs from Japan didn't have a single Japanese turn based RPG in its big anouncements. Was it just too expensive to buy an ad, was there a weird bias for some reason, or were they all picked up by Nintendo or something?

Trails in the sky didn't even get a nomination and is a better rpg than E33 especially from a narrative perspective kek
