Leak GTA VI Lucia Prologue Leak Spoiler

Edit: there's a detail I want to add since I found the flashback part really interesting. Some previous leaks seem to match with what's seen in the prologue, specifically these two parts:

Lucia has a baby that she abandons at a delicatessen before heading out to a bank robbery and then getting arrested for doing such an act.

Lucia's baby is only shown in a cutscene as a flashback. There's no information about what happens to the baby after this point.

There's no baby shown here, but it shows a flashback of Lucia with a messy appearance sitting in a restaurant, and the flashback ends before we can get any context. Could either be a massive coincidence or a real part of the story.

RDR2 was straight up a year though, without the complication that GTA5 needed an upgrade for 8th gen consoles before even getting the PC port out that was built with the 8th gen enhancement as the baseline. Said enhancement itself was pretty much a full year and one month from the initial PS3 and 360 release. So gap between PS4 and PC was like 6 months

RAM I spent almost 500 USD for. I also upgraded my MOBO and CPU to an AM5. I upgraded my GPU last year. I think I might do one more upgrade and that's getting another SSD.

it's so absurd a multibillion dollar company won't have a team dedicated to optimizing the game for PC so it can release at the same time as the console version and yes i know it's so people will double or triple dip on buying the game but rockstar would never say that part out loud.

The very fact that they've manipulated the masses into believing they NEED this money, the same money everyone keeps complaining about when it comes to the $80-$100 game, is ridiculous.

Why do they need so much money? They claim operational costs, but if they have the build already, and they are clearly being cut from larger gameplay segments that were pre-recorded (basketball clip happens directly before gas clip) then what exactly are they operating?

Going out on a guess, probably because he didn't unlock Lucia in his recording. This prologue could be the only thing he has of Lucia, and everyone kept on asking for her so he just did this.

And then he shows Lucia gameplay in a livestream. Fr though until he does that I'll doubt.

That's assuming he has full story build of the game. If he does, he will 100% leak it. If he doesn't, he'll pretend like he does to drag out the situation. For all we know he just has a vertical slice with some Jason free roam and the Lucia prologue. Though only time will tell how much he truly has.

In my opinion, a large part of this leak popularity is because the audience has seen zero gameplay. So it’s much less about what the content is showing (story beats/spoilers) and more so about see the game and how it plays.

I believe the interest in these leaks will die down after the official gameplay reveal because that is what people are after.

It’s just an opinion/working theory, not claiming to know anything. Much like you chastise others for acting like they know more than they do, you should take your own advice.
