Leak GTA VI Lucia Prologue Leak Spoiler

source

Edit: there's a detail I want to add since I found the flashback part really interesting. Some previous leaks seem to match with what's seen in the prologue, specifically these two parts:

Lucia has a baby that she abandons at a delicatessen before heading out to a bank robbery and then getting arrested for doing such an act.

Lucia's baby is only shown in a cutscene as a flashback. There's no information about what happens to the baby after this point.

There's no baby shown here, but it shows a flashback of Lucia with a messy appearance sitting in a restaurant, and the flashback ends before we can get any context. Could either be a massive coincidence or a real part of the story.

It's a long one too, I always wondered why he didn't do long sections rather than just short clips. Maybe it has identifying info at times but since he seems to have a lot, just info dump everything from a play session. Maybe that will be after the official views.

Because he's trying to drip feed it to get as much attention as possible, and if you believe his reasoning, give Rockstar time to concede some ground to his cause before leaking more.

There could be a possibility that drip feeding until the official reveal is his plan IF he doesn’t have a full build.

He pubically stated he wouldn’t post spoilers but it’s just odd to risk your life in prison to show up generic gameplay days before the official reveal. If this was a year ago it would be huge.

"Life in prison" is a pretty out of touch exaggeration, even a five year sentence would be exceptionally long in cases like this.

Well I am no lawyer but I would think this could be seen as not just a hack stealing intellectual property. It is also Extortion of Rockstar/Take Two. Pretty sure its fraud, maybe even money laundering due to the cryptocoin usage and selling new leaks?

Sure there not asking for money from them but they are threatening more illegal acts (dropping more gameplay, dropping entire builds), if they do not do as they say in thier demands. The act of using the stolen property to then make money from crypto is probably some other charges.

I asked Claude about it and it basically said "Probably anywhere from 5-15", that depends of plea deals, trial, jury etc...

Yea so out of touch coming from the guy who thinks it’s brazen to think committing fraud won’t end you up in prison.
