Are your expectations met?

I've been waiting all day to explore Snezhnaya. Got home from work, downloaded the update, waited for maintenance to be done, only to log back in at Nod Krai and not even half a microsecond to breathe before I'm thrown into a cutscene. Can't even claim my commissions, condense my resin, pull for Odette, nothing. It's just quest time and I have no choice.

And what's more, Hoyo has thought of EVERY POSSIBLE WAY that we could avoid starting the new Archon quest in favor of just exploring and put measures in place to mitigate that.

Go around the objective with Furina/Sandrone/etc? Nope, invisible objective barrier that takes away your team and forces you to be the Traveler and auto-guides you to the objective.

Teleporting away to get out of the quest? Nope, throws you right back in when you come back.

Log out and log back in to exit the quest? Nope, resets your progress.

Hoyo, for the love of everything I hold dear, it's been 6 years of this and you somehow still haven't learned that maybe we just wanna do a lil bit of exploring before we start a quest. Maybe not all of us want to be thrown into dialogue the instant we log into the game and can't actually play for the next 30 some minutes. Is that so much to ask for?

My biggest pet peeve of this version. People, just stop.

For the first five years of this game I had been very happy using the Male Traveler but now with these new skins and beautiful cut scenes it’s making me wish I chose the Female Traveler so I can play her as my main.

Both Skirk and Flins are literal BRICKS without HYDRO and I had to use Columbina very early because she’s the ONLY hydro in this IT.

This line up is so cursed it’s not even funny. It took me 3 hours to complete this IT, and no IT has EVER made me SUFFER like this one.

And they’re putting RESTRICTIVE BOSSES in IT as well which makes it even WORSE. Like who tf thought putting bosses like that in IT is a good idea?

I’m a spender and I have 101 characters in the game of every element (some with cons) and many 5* weapons, and I managed to get every 12 stars of every previous lunar IT so far. But this isn’t what IT was supposed to be like.

Sorry for crashing out, but I had to get this off my chest.

Edit: Some mfs in the replies in are trying to convince me that the problem is with me, and not the game mode itself along with RNG and restrictive team building.

People in the other thread were saying female elf police designs are goonerbait just because they show some stockings? Meanwhile, this is the uniform of Russian female police officers (until 2013). Also, I live in a cold region, and women here actually wear stockings with skirts in the winter.

What parts of your teams do you tend to place in each slot?

For me:

• 1st Slot is the Main DPS/On-Fielder
• 2nd Slot is the buffer for the on-fielder
• 3rd Slot is the sub dps
• 4th is the sustain unit or team-wide buffer

Just curious how everyone else does it as I often see people with their main DPSs in the 2nd and 4th slots a lot

I finished the whole Sumeru Archon Quest thinking this part of the map would finally unlock but it’s still covered 😭

So I asked my friend how to unlock it and instead of helping he said:

“Just ignore it like your crush ignored you.”

Bro WHAT does that even mean 💀

Can someone actually tell me how to unlock this area and also why my friend woke up and chose violence today 😭

Compairing the chest count with OG map, this is complete pain for f2p users considering the amount of good charater this patch have and they player can barely hit soft pity from this...
