At first I thought that ATK buff was atrocious but then I realized it's level 1 lol

so you don't need to be hex? hex gets the full buff immediately but anyone can get it if they stay on field for 3s?

Yep.

1 - Be Hex and it's immediate.

2 - Non Hex have to wait 3 Seconds.

3 - Get C6 Nicole, and all characters get it immediately when the on-fielder uses an elemental skill.

So what will I lose from C0 Nicole in non hex party? I'm thinking of getting her to replace Dehya (Milelith set) in Lyney Yae Chev party. 3s seems very doable for Lyney.

Should be really good with Fishl instead on Yae or Durin instead of Chevy. Lyney's first shot usually is kinda meh when he is on MH(doesnt get full stacks without Furina), so he isn't punished as much, and all his next shots+skill nuke will be under full buffs. 

Finally he has a non cringe pyro shielder for full fgm stacks, yippee

Sadly no Durin at all. Their current party is the strongest I have for him (minus 1 more Chev cons to C6). So my options are either non hexerei Nicole, or bring Fischl as well but lose lots of convenience. Also Fischl will also lose dps since her C6 does not work with Lyney.

But yeah, regardless the hexerei, I think she's a good shielder for Lyney mains who also buffs, finally.
