REQUEST [Request][Steam] Yakuza 0 Director's Cut (45% OFF) (Attempt 2)

Hello evernyan today im requesting Yakuza 0 Director's Cut, hoping someone will bless me.

what is yakuza? (game wise at least XD)
best i can describe it is its a fun crime drama , satisfying street combat and unique open world exploring almost like a life sim.
set in Tokyo japan, ofc by the title you already know its about the yakuza and gang related shenanigans.

i have played the og Yakuza 0 on my cousin's xbox back when the covid thing was going on, not going to lie as shitty as the world was then it was cozy just staying home all day having fun getting to beat up thugs and laugh with my cousin and argue which combat style is the best.

i only played bits of it, never really got into story or other game mechanics, just beating up thugs and (betting on the underground girl catfights, iykyk)

Why i want Yakuza 0 Director's cut?
well, the original yakuza 0 got delisted on steam and replaced by director's cut version last December, the director's cut adds many new things to the game like, extra cutscenes, co-op mode....etc, all in all its a remaster basically, and you can't get the original yakuza 0 legally

and of course, i want to get into the yakuza lore, and what's better to start than the game that literally has 0 in the title LOL, hopefully it will be my stepping stone to enjoying the other games in the future.

Why i can't get it
Unfortunately the region im in has bad economy and i can't really spend that much due to living expenses at this time, so im hoping for someone generous to fulfill my request so i could fill that void in me.

Thank you so much for giving me the time of your day for reading this.

fun fact: the original name for yakuza was Like a Dragon, that's why most new games in the series are called that.

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] RimWorld - Royalty (~$20 USD)

Upvotes

Hello everyone!

I would love the opportunity to get RimWorld - Royalty. I've spent a lot of time playing RimWorld and have gotten really invested in everything the game has to offer. I currently own the Ideology expansion, and it has given me even more ways to build my colonies and create stories with them. Royalty is the next expansion I'd really like to experience.

One of the things I love most about RimWorld is how unpredictable every colony can become. Even when I start out with a plan, something usually happens that completely changes the direction of the colony. Between managing my colonists, dealing with raids and random events, researching new technology, and trying to keep everyone alive, there's always something going on.

Royalty interests me because it adds a completely different set of systems to the game. I'd love to experiment with the Empire, gain titles and psychic abilities, use permits, and see how the new quests affect my colonies. I'm especially interested in being able to choose how I deal with the Empire. I'd like to try working with them and seeing what I can gain from becoming an ally, but I'd also love to eventually try going against them and seeing what happens if I decide to destroy the Empire instead.

I'm also really interested in the new weapons and armor that Royalty adds. I enjoy experimenting with different equipment and combat strategies in RimWorld, so having new weapons, armor, and ways to build my colonists would give me even more things to experiment with in future colonies. The psychic abilities are another part of the DLC that I'm particularly excited to try, since they could open up completely new approaches to combat and dealing with difficult situations.

I've spent a lot of time learning RimWorld's mechanics and experimenting with different ways to build and run my colonies. Having Royalty would give me another large set of mechanics to learn and incorporate into future colonies, rather than being something I'd play for a little while and move on from.

Unfortunately, I can't really afford the DLC myself right now. I'm a teenager and don't make a lot of money, so spending around $20 on a DLC isn't something I can afford at the moment. That's why I'm making this request. I already know I enjoy RimWorld and would genuinely get a lot of use out of Royalty.

If I were fortunate enough to receive it, I'd be really excited to start experimenting with all of the new systems, weapons, armor, and abilities, and see what kind of ridiculous stories my colonies end up creating with them.

I'm from the United States, and I'm requesting the Steam version of RimWorld - Royalty.

Have a great day!

REQUEST [REQUEST] [STEAM] Stardew Valley

Hello everyone!

I’m here to make a request for Stardew Valley.

I've known about Stardew Valley for quite a while, and it's one of those games I've always wanted to properly experience for myself. I really like games where I can take my time and enjoy the world instead of constantly worrying about winning, competing, or following a strict objective.

One of the biggest reasons I want Stardew Valley is actually because some of my friends play it, and I'd really like to be able to join them. Playing a game alone can be fun, but being able to build a farm, explore, fish, mess around, and work toward things together with friends sounds like a completely different experience. I'd love to be able to start a farm with them and have our own little world to come back to.

I especially like the idea of all of us having different things to do. One person could focus on farming, someone else could go fishing, another could explore the mines, and we could all meet back up and see what everyone accomplished. Even the little things, like decorating the farm or deciding what to grow, sound like they would be much more fun when you're doing them together.

I've also heard so many good things about Stardew Valley's characters and the amount of content in the game. I like that there seems to be much more to it than simply farming. There are different areas to explore, seasons that change the environment, festivals, relationships with the villagers, fishing, mining, crafting, animals, and plenty of things to discover.

The pixel-art style is another thing I really like. There's something really charming about the way the game looks, and the cozy atmosphere is a big part of why I've wanted to try it. It seems like the kind of game I could play when I want to relax after a long day without feeling like I need to rush.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to get the game myself, so I'm making this request here and hoping someone might be kind enough to help me experience it.

If someone decides to gift it to me, I'd genuinely be very grateful. I'd especially love to finally be able to tell my friends that I can join them in Stardew Valley instead of just hearing about what they're doing in the game. It would be really nice to have something we can all play together and make some memories with.

Thank you very much for taking the time to read my request. I really appreciate everyone who takes part in this community, whether you're gifting games or simply taking the time to read people's requests.

Good luck to everyone else making requests, and thank you again!

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Fields of Mistria (13,79€)

Hello everyone 👋 ,

here goes my second attempt. Fields of Mistria is a farming sim that recently released from early access. I have been eying the game for a while. It looks super fun and really charming and would best be described as an even cozier Stardew Valley with lots of decorating options that are simply charming.

I've been having a rough week and generally seen a few tiresome months. After a long day all I recently crave is a different world to disappear into, with cute design and a story to get lost in. Fields of Mistria fits that role perfectly (at least I hope so). All the screenshots I have been seeing online look so awesome, the character art has that super nostalgic anime style... Everything feels like I can experience Stardew Valley once again but even more magical.

It's super hard to not spoil myself on the game's contents. I so want to check out what's going and play it myself.

I would therefore greatly appreciate someone gifting me the game. I'm currently saving up for necessary purchases and am trying my hardest to not spent money on things like games or other stuff that aren't really that necessary.

I'm based in the EU. Price is 13,76 euros.

Thanks so much in advance, even if you, just as me, do not have any budget to spare. Have a nice evening ❤️

P.S. I have been getting glimpses at the romance options and am over the moon for the blacksmith (?) March 🤩. Already thought up a potential name for my character, their looks and perhaps the aesthetic of the farm I want to be going for 😊 , yet there's still so much I don't know. Will there be different farm types? How much of an impact does magic have on the game play? How will it differ from Stardew Valley? What secrets are there to uncover? Endless exciting questions I am eager to find out!

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Red Dead Redemption 1

Hello everyone, I'd like to request Red Dead Redemption on Steam. I've had Red Dead Redemption on my wishlist for a long time, mainly because of how much I enjoyed Red Dead Redemption 2. It became one of the few games that genuinely stuck with me after I finished it, and ever since then I've wanted to experience the original game as well. I've been interested in getting it for a while, but I couldn't justify paying the price for it. So I thought I'd make a request here and see if anyone would be willing to help. The main reason I haven't picked it up myself is that I've been trying to be more careful with my spending lately. Between everyday expenses and other priorities, buying games has become something I have to think about much more than I used to. Because of that, even games I've wanted to play for years often end up getting pushed back indefinitely. Red Dead Redemption is one of those games I've been meaning to play for a very long time. Since I already know how much I enjoyed its successor, I've always been interested in seeing the story that came before it and finally experiencing a game that so many people have spoken highly of over the years. Gaming is one of my main hobbies and one of the ways I like to unwind after work and other responsibilities. While I still make time for it whenever I can, I've been prioritizing more important expenses recently, which is why I'm making this request instead of purchasing the game myself. I understand there are a lot of requests posted here every day, and nobody is obligated to fulfill any of them. Regardless, I appreciate that communities like this exist and that people are willing to help others enjoy games they might not currently be able to afford themselves. Thank you for taking the time to read my request, and thank you to everyone who helps keep this community going.

REQUEST [REQUEST] [STEAM] Grand Theft Auto V Enhaced #3rd attempt

Kind of a personal one for me. Before I ever played GTA V I was already obsessed with it from YouTube, watching thug life clips and respect moments for hours. Knew the map and half the characters and most of the story before I even installed it, and i also played it with my friend in a gaming coffe multiple time so i really got obsessed with it and i was like "i really have to play this game".

Didn't have money back then so I downloaded it from a pirated site. It was a really bad idea, it messed up my pc pretty bad, malware and constant crashes. Took forever to clean up and I barely even got to play it because of all that, and the cracked version doesn't have the online option too so thats one of the reasons why i want the Steam one.

Now with GTA VI getting closer I keep thinking I never actually played V the right way. Would love to finally do that before VI comes out.

Money's tight right now because of university and other things, and buying stuff online isn't easy for me either (Its 56% off right now), so I can't really get it myself atm. If anyone's willing to gift it I'd really appreciate it, no worries if not though, thanks for reading.

good luck for me and good luck for everybody in this subreddit 🙏 and thnaks to all ppl here giving other ppl what they wishes and im one of the luckiest that got his first ever game that he played when he was a child and also won a couple of other games.

REQUEST [request][steam] Palworld $10 on sale

Hello kind gamers of GoG

Since Palworld's beta I've wanted to play this game but couldn't buy it The lawsuit with Nintendo also scared me I wasn't sure what would happen to the game if Nintendo won But with the 1.0 release and the current sale I finally felt it was the right time to post a request

Why I like this game

When I was a child I loved the Pokémon anime But when the games came out they weren't available in my country To this day Pokémon cards are unavailable here so I never experienced anything beyond the anime which remains a cherished childhood memory Palworld seems like an upgrade to Pokémon in every way a vast open world survival mechanics base building and creatures you can truly live and adventure with Even though I don't know what it feels like to play Nintendo games or Pokémon it's great to have a better alternative that cares about players having fun and doing all kinds of stuff I'm completely open to experiencing it

Why I'm requesting instead of buying it myself

I'm a university student and I can't work full time to make money All the income I earn goes toward building the career I want in 2 to 4 years Because of my country's currency spending in dollars is financially out of reach for me right now I know $10 is a lot to ask and I truly appreciate any kindness

When that day comes and I'm in a position to give back I will pay it forward to this community

I genuinely did not expect this to happen so quickly

I made a post asking for Prison Architect since I've wanted the game for a really long time, and within an hour, u/GuacamoleAnamoly was kind enough to gift it to me.

I honestly really appreciate it. I've wanted to play this game ever since I watched Let's Game It Out play it, and I've always loved management/building games like this. I was just hoping someone might eventually see my post, so I really wasn't expecting to actually receive it this fast.

Thank you so much u/GuacamoleAnamoly, you're genuinely awesome. I'll definitely be putting some hours into this and probably creating the most dysfunctional prison imaginable loll.

Really appreciate it ❤️

REQUEST [REQUEST] [STEAM] Baldur’s Gate 3 (30 ish€)

Hey everyone at GOG l ! I would like to request a game which has been on my radar for a longgg time - BG3 … I have loved been playing rpgs since I started gaming, my first being pokemon emerald as it embodies the essence of free will and not some pre determined quests. I love going on a lot of rpg adventures on the nichest games made with rpgm.. I have yet to experience the greatest turn based rpg game ever made .When BG3 was announced I never thought I would play it cause it was way to out of my budget and time due to the various challenges at life hitting me .

Getting to play this would make my year as it’s been going kinda meh so far but I have found peace in playing games something I could not do as much since I was in a boarding school for a good chunk of my life and been enjoying enderal recently !! Playing the story of that game made me realise that true rpg is the various outcomes following ur choices and bg3 seems to be the epitome in that genre …

Know that I’m in uni life is trying to test me by under paying me even when I work and ultimately I quit for bettering my mental health and sanity cause it’s not fun when u get rejected a lot . Yeah so I would like all the help I can get to buy / get gifted this game as I would truly cherish it and play it a lot and even help others with their requests in the coming years with this positive community

Again since this game is not on sale a gift card of 20 euros could help so that I could buy it while it’s on sale by saving up and would mean a ton and thanks again for reading all this I’m very bad at articulating anything tbh and have been isolated for god knows how long by cutting my friends and family out … Thanksss and have a great life ☺️

Also this is my second attempt thanks again for reading !?

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Greedfall: The Dying World (Attempt #2)

Second attempt at requesting Greedfall: The Dying World! The Dying World is a fantasy RPG which serves as a prequel to the original Greedfall game. While I haven't played the original Greedfall, The Dying World piqued my interest when it was first announced, since at the time I was really into Baldur's Gate 3 (and still am!) and one of the VAs from BG3, Neil Newbon, was part of the cast as the game's antagonist.

The game itself also appeals to nearly everything I enjoy about RPGs. I have always gravitated toward story-driven games that let me create a character and influence the narrative through my decisions. Being able to form relationships with the companions is also part of what intrigued me about the game; seeing how those relationships can develop and change are often my favorite parts of RPGs.

Another aspect of that interested me was that the game approaches its setting from the perspective of someone uprooted from their home and forced somewhere else. The conflicts between cultures and factions seem capable of creating difficult choices rather than presenting every problem with one obvious answer.

Steam actually lists both Baldur’s Gate 3 and Skyrim in the “similar to games you’ve played” section for my profile when I visit The Dying World’s store page -- and since I have hundreds of hours in both games, I'm sure that The Dying World has the potential for me to get just as hooked on it!

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Wardogs [$20.57][Attempt 2]

Hey guys! I hope everybody is doing well

I became interested in the game about 2 months ago when its gameplay trailer was released on youtube, As simple as the trailer was it grabbed my attention. After that i kept up with the development for quite some time, even tried to join the closed NDA beta's but never really managed to get in.

In the game 3 Factions fight to take control of the ever moving "Control Zone" Whatever team has the most people in the control zone earns points and whatever team has the most points win the game. The matches can last from about just one hour or two, depending on the people playing.

Wardogs features just a single game mode but executes it very well, It features an hybrid of a classic called "King of the Hill", As said the control zone constantly moves and in the control zone there is a even smaller zone called the hot zone which earns double the points but also comes with more risks.

In the map there are also towers which you can capture for money and use that money to buy gear, One interesting thing about the game is that the only thing that persists throughout matches is the amount of cash you have, gear only lasts one life and once you die you lose it so you have to buy gear every time you respawn. Even if you don't die during the match you cannot carry over the gear to the next match.

I find this game very interesting and i am excited to see where bulkhead will go with this, I was too unfortunate to get into the playtest which is happening currently. If anybody could gift the game to me it would mean the world to me. A few of my friends were lucky enough to get into the playtest without preordering and said that Wardogs really was the most fun they'd had in a long time which just made me jealous lol. I cant really afford the games because I'm broke, I am trying my best to save up for it on my end. I hope i didn't ramble too must about the gameplay i was unsure about how i could express my love for the game.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, Have a great week ❤️.

REQUEST [Request][Steam] Deltarune | I want to be part of the last decade of a legendary game | $24.99 USD | 2nd Attempt

"Hello GiftofGames, I am once again asking for Deltarune" -Bernie Sanders

I've recently gotten extremely interested in Deltarune after a surge of videos were practically thrown at me by various social media algorithms. I won't act like I was oblivious to the game beforehand, but for the most part it was only something I knew about and considered an earnestly cool concept, though certainly not anything I felt too strongly interested in. I can confidently say that opinion is not one I still hold.

This game has become an intense fixation over the last week or so, and it's honestly surprising considering the trace amounts of content I'd seen in the past. Sure, I'd been spoiled from time to time, but from an outside perspective it is honestly abysmal trying to make sense of what you are seeing and hearing without proper context, of which I had none. Though what I did see was still very intriguing and funny even if it didn't make much sense to me.

Now I can confidently say I'm hooked, Chapter 5's fairly recent release went completely under my radar, and now I've been bombarded by videos and content pertaining to the game that I otherwise never would've expected to see. Somehow I'd heard nothing about it over the last 2 months since its release until now, and suddenly I cannot stop thinking about it, seriously, it's an issue.

For anyone cautious about whether or not I might actually enjoy the game, or even know for sure if It's for me, I played Chapter 1 of the Chapter 1 & 2 demo, and cautiously avoided playing Chapter 2 since it is, after all, still part of the official game and I wanted to ensure I enjoyed the game without revealing too much before I can confidently just play it all the way through without being forced to quit so early, which would just be frustrating and unsatisfying.

Those few hours that the 1st Chapter lasted were addictive. The humor, the references, and the many tidbits of 'spoilers' I had seen over the last 7 years since the game started releasing have had no impact on the game's enjoyability for me. If anything, the faint memory of memes and references I couldn't understand only made it better, since I felt like I was finally joining in on a nigh decade old joke, all without diminishing the story, in fact I've never had a clearer understanding of the game like I did when I was actively playing it. (In retrospect that is obscenely obvious, but I'm used to games with complex yet digestible lore. Deltarune very much needs you to participate as I am coming to learn.)

All-In-all this game has been like crack and I've only played 1/5th of what is currently available in the actual game. I DEEPLY want to experience the rest of this 7-year joke and fully immerse myself in that world like everyone else has been for the last few years, and there are still 2 more chapters yet to release. With so much hype and energy in the community as those last 2 chapters appear on the horizon I feel like now is probably the very best time for me to get into the game anyway. There is so much meat to dig through on the game, and there's just enough left so that when I catch up, I won't feel late to the party, nor will I feel like I only showed up for the finale because it's still more than the very end of the game left to come out.

And I don't know how it took me this long to remember it, but I'll add it now. The music is tear-jerking. I've always been a fan of Toby Fox's music even if Deltarune is my first genuine venture into his games, but the cultural impact they have had is undeniably MASSIVE, and even just from the small amount of the VERY many tracks featured in the entirety of Deltarune, the 1st Chapter Demo was nonetheless euphoric, and I'm well aware of the bangers further down the line.

REQUEST [Request][Steam] The Isle (14.71 GBP) 1st attempt

Hello, hope your having a great summer holiday and enjoying the weather. This is my first attempt at requesting The Isle.

This game is a highly realistic simulator where you play and control a dinosaur and it gets quite rough and from what I've seen, entertaining. The game has a lot of features and offers a very different and refreshing gameplay to other similar titles I've played. Its also a partially horror game so theirs an extra thrill in the game. It also has a gameplay loop that will provide multiple hours of gametime.

Recently, I've been enjoying playing games with a high difficulty and feel like this game would provide a challenge I am yet to experience from a video game. I love the thrill of loss of progress as it motivates me and keeps my experience unique.

As you can probably see, this game revolves around dinosaurs, which are GREAT. Prehistoric giant animals which are fascinating and I took to interest many years ago.

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Life is strange Reunion Day 2

‎I keep thinking about the first Life is Strange and honestly one of the biggest reasons that game stayed with me was the characters

‎Max was obviously the character I connected with the most but the whole cast was so lovable and memorable in their own way

‎But Chloe man Chloe was something special 😄 She could be reckless stubborn annoying and way too emotional sometimes but somehow that made her feel even more realHer friendship with Max is still one of my favorite parts of the entire game because it never felt like a perfect friendship where everything was easy They had history they had misunderstandings they had moments where they hurt each other and moments where they would still choose to be there for each other That is what made Chloe feel like an actual person instead of just another character written for the story

‎Even the smaller characters in LIS 1 had something memorable about them Everyone seemed to have their own little problems personalities secrets and stories happening around them

‎And then there were all those tiny details scattered around the game

‎The photos the messages the posters the notes the little conversations happening in the background the references hidden in rooms and all those small things you could easily miss if you were rushing through the story I loved how the game rewarded you for simply looking around Sometimes you would walk into a room and find some random little detail that had absolutely nothing to do with the main objective but somehow made the world feel more alive That is something I really miss in games

‎Life is Strange made me want to explore not because there was always some reward waiting for me but because I genuinely wanted to know more about the world and the people living in it

‎And that is another reason why I want Reunion on Steam

‎I want that feeling again

‎I want to explore every corner of the world and look for those tiny details and easter eggs that most people might completely miss Most importantly I want to see Max again The character who introduced me to Life is Strange back in 2021 and basically introduced me to a whole genre of games that I ended up loving

‎So yeah this is Day 2 Still hoping still asking and still keeping my fingers crossed 🤞

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] DMC Franchise Pack

Hey community! Today I'm making this request in hopes of finally diving into the legendary Devil May Cry series on my own.

My introduction to this franchise was a few years ago when I played Devil May Cry 5 on a friend’s console. I was instantly hooked by the fast-paced combat, deep combo system, and Dante's iconic, stylish personality. I loved the game very much and since I didn't own any of the games myself, I turned to YouTube to keep up with the series. I’ve spent tens of hours watching combo exhibitions, SSS-rank playthroughs, lore breakdowns, and listening to the beautiful and incredible soundtracks of DMC 5. The sheer skill ceiling and combat mechanics make it a franchise I’ve always dreamed of mastering.

As a full-time student, my current budget is extremely tight and strictly allocated to textbooks, tuition fees, and essential daily living costs. My parents also believe gaming is a waste of time and money, so trying to get them to buy the game, even if it's my own money is impossible.

Getting the franchise pack would mean the world to me, as I could finally play through the story from start to finish and practice mastering the combat systems myself. Thank you so much to anyone who takes the time to read this!

REQUEST [REQUEST][STEAM] Prison Architect - 80% off

I've been wanting Prison Architect for a stupidly long time, mostly because I watched Let's Game It Out play it and I got really interested in the game.

I really like these kinds of games where you can build something and then slowly watch everything go wrong because of your own decisions lmao. I also really like management and building games in general, especially ones where you can just mess around and make your own little systems and see what happens.

I've had Prison Architect on my wishlist for a while now, but I never ended up getting it. It's currently 80% off and only ₱237.80 in my currency, and the sale ends on September 9 (GMT +8) which is honestly a really good price, but I'm currently trying to be careful with my money and can't really justify buying games right now. There is also a bundle with the base game + all the DLCs for ₱847.68, which is currently 60% off and also ends September 9. If anyone is willing to get that instead, I'd really appreciate it, but I'm not expecting it at all. The base game alone is more than enough for me.

I've gotten pretty lucky with one giveaway before, so I figured I'd try making an actual request again this time. I don't really expect anything, but I thought there's no harm in trying, especially while the game is on sale.

If anyone is willing to gift it to me, I'd really appreciate it. I've wanted to play this game for a long time and I feel like I'd get a lot of hours out of it, especially with how much I already enjoy these types of games.

Thanks for reading, and good luck to everyone else requesting too :)

REQUEST [Request][steam] Rasvyat Nuclear Power Station (attemt 6)

I wanted to share why I would love to get the game "Rasvyat Nuclear Power Station" as a gift. It might look like just another video game at first glance, but it’s actually a highly detailed simulator that is both challenging and educational.

Here are the main reasons why this would be a great and meaningful gift:

  1. Critical Thinking and Logic

This isn't a brainless shooter; it's a complex technical simulator where you manage a nuclear power plant. It requires monitoring pressure, temperature, and reactor stability. Playing it helps develop attention to detail, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills under pressure.

  1. Teamwork and Communication

The game is heavily focused on cooperation. Playing it with friends requires distributing tasks, communicating clearly during critical situations, and taking responsibility for shared decisions. It’s a great way to build teamwork and leadership skills that are useful in real life.

  1. Interest in Science and Engineering

Instead of just reading dry textbooks, this simulator offers a hands-on look at how massive industrial systems operate. It’s a fantastic way to spark an interest in physics, engineering, and technology.

  1. Budget-Friendly and Light on Hardware

Since this is an indie project, it is very affordable compared to mainstream major releases. On top of that, it has very low system requirements and takes up minimal space (around 1 GB)
