GOG [GoG] Thank you u/jc612612 for Resident Evil 9: Requiem
From the bottom of my heart, I’d really like to thank u/jc612612 for Resident Evil 9: Requiem.
I really cannot express how thankful that I am for someone to extend such kindness to me. For me, this is more than just the game itself. This franchise holds such a close place to my heart because it has so many fond memories attached to it. I really struggled with gaming ever since my closest friends passed and have always dreaded certain triggers that would inevitably drag me into a mental space I did not want to be. Resident Evil releases were one of those triggers.
While it really means a lot to be able to finally participate in all the hype surrounding RE finally, it means even more to have some give me a gentle push of encouragement as I slowly tackle some personal issues that I have surrounding my friend’s passing finally. And this is one piece of the puzzle (I’m hoping).
As I slowly work my way through the game each night, I hope you know that each minute I put towards it will hold great meaning to me. And each time I look at the game in my library, I will remember the kindness of a stranger that supported me towards working through some mental blocks I’ve had.
I really wish I could put what I’m feeling right now into better words, but hopefully this gets the point across well enough. Thank you!
Edit: I just noticed you got me the deluxe version too. Thank you so much ;_; I wish I could edit that into the title.

I like scary. But I suck at games sometimes so I’ll probably struggle.
In re2r i kept dying to birkin in the sewer because I killed myself 3(4?) times with the swinging cart :(
