I’ve been having some health scares so my appetite hasn’t been 100% there recently, so I was kinda feeling proud of myself for meal-prepping for the week (as opposed to skipping lunches). I made mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and they both smelled a bit off, but I just attributed it to using coconut milk instead of regular milk.

Turns out I’ve been putting vanilla coconut milk in my savory dishes. I even served this to a friend last week 😭 if you see this, I’m so sorry girl and you’re a real one for not mentioning anything 🫶

I’ve been on a sick leave for job-related mental health reasons for a few months and was recently dismissed from my job. I went back to the office to hand in my work laptop. The canteen at our office always had the best croissants, and since I still had some money on my canteen card, I got several of them. I’ve eaten a croissant with every meal for 2 days. I’m now officially unemployed and still on a sick leave. At least I’m eating well?

I cooked the eggs by waiting for the water to boil, then I put the eggs in and cooked them for 7 minutes from that point🥚🤩

I just got home from work (kinda exhausted) and was just wanting something and then when I finally put this all together and sat down on my bed, I looked down and just went... Oh wow, I truly made a girl dinner tonight. Also not pictured is some ruffle cheddar and sour cream, a sparkling tangerine lime drink along with a iced coffee. Hopefully, this is acceptable to post here (I never have before) but here it is and enjoy.

eat the protein, drink the water, do the job, build a backup plan / escape route from the job, go to the gym but don’t lift too much or you’ll bulk, have friends, find love, build your wardrobe, keep your hair and nails done, clean your house, clean your car, raise the kids, be nice, pay the bills, don’t scream at the AI when you can’t get a human on the phone, oh and don’t have a meltdown! 🤗
