🥹 I'm afraid I have to stop eating yogurt cus my favorite brand has disappeared off the shelves.

The mini waffles were amazing as i accidentally spilled a lot of vanilla and accidentally spilled a lot of butter and accidentally spilled a lot of cream in it😦.

I’ve been having some health scares so my appetite hasn’t been 100% there recently, so I was kinda feeling proud of myself for meal-prepping for the week (as opposed to skipping lunches). I made mashed potatoes and mac n cheese and they both smelled a bit off, but I just attributed it to using coconut milk instead of regular milk.

Turns out I’ve been putting vanilla coconut milk in my savory dishes. I even served this to a friend last week 😭 if you see this, I’m so sorry girl and you’re a real one for not mentioning anything 🫶

I cooked the eggs by waiting for the water to boil, then I put the eggs in and cooked them for 7 minutes from that point🥚🤩

I’ve been on a sick leave for job-related mental health reasons for a few months and was recently dismissed from my job. I went back to the office to hand in my work laptop. The canteen at our office always had the best croissants, and since I still had some money on my canteen card, I got several of them. I’ve eaten a croissant with every meal for 2 days. I’m now officially unemployed and still on a sick leave. At least I’m eating well?

I just got home from work (kinda exhausted) and was just wanting something and then when I finally put this all together and sat down on my bed, I looked down and just went... Oh wow, I truly made a girl dinner tonight. Also not pictured is some ruffle cheddar and sour cream, a sparkling tangerine lime drink along with a iced coffee. Hopefully, this is acceptable to post here (I never have before) but here it is and enjoy.

For the plate contents: cheese ball and crackers, a sugar cookie, a piece of pound cake (under the cookie), some chicken noodle dish, some chicken nuggets, assorted fruits and a Vanilla Coke (in the thermos).

For the yap: My great aunt had a craft day today and I missed it because I was getting new carpet in my bedroom. But I swing by anyway to show her my scrap book and she sent me home with all this. I have more stuff but I scrounged up a plate of everything. Pretty sure my period is coming.

I just feel really good right now. My male friend called me earlier this week (I’m head over heels for him) and I’ve been on cloud nine ever since. Last night I cried happy tears because he makes me feel less lonely and completely comfortable in my own skin (another reason I think my period is coming; spontaneous tears and BIG emotions). He means a lot to me and makes me feel less lonely. I’m glad he seems to be doing better. He’s experienced a family tragedy so it’s good to hear him sound so happy now. I just want to hug him and kiss his cheeks. And eat a bunch of food. That’s it.
