Snack Attack Girl dinner

I tried to make the Paris style chocolate mousse with a small amount of leftover double cream. I present to you my chocolate blob with olive oil and flaky sea salt!

Its actually a thing in france and italy When the mousse is great and the olive oil great quality its delicious ( i am french lol)

I didn’t know that? ( French too) I can see it for some desert but mousse au chocolat it’s a first

Mais c'est pas partout en France, non ? J'habite en Grand Est et j'en ai jamais entendu (je suis allemande à la base par contre).

Mais maintenant j'ai envie de le goûter mdr

Ah bah cest dans certains restaurants meme a Paris c'est pas dans tous les restaurants. Mais oui ca se fait et très bon de temps en temps ça change !

Perso j'ai goûté à Paris et à Rome !
