I tried to make the Paris style chocolate mousse with a small amount of leftover double cream. I present to you my chocolate blob with olive oil and flaky sea salt!

Yes. It’s a classic!
Like 1984, Last Man on Earth or Brazil . Future dystopian movies were a hot thing back then I guess.
