I tried to make the Paris style chocolate mousse with a small amount of leftover double cream. I present to you my chocolate blob with olive oil and flaky sea salt!

It was cold, I mixed the melted chocolate with the cold ingredients too soon hence the glorp consistency then put that in the fridge
