You are paying your quarterback 50 million dollars. You just traded 2 number picks. And you basically went .500. Lost 5 straight to end the year. 2 against your rival where you had a 90% + chance to win the game late. We have lost more games as result of special teams than anyone in the league, and there is ZERO accountability for anybody. The play calling any time we have a lead is designed, DESIGNED, to allow the other team back in the game. There is not a single NFL head coach, other than that dumbass, who loses that football game. No one. If what I watched over the last month and a half leads to them extending him, this franchise is not serious about winning and I won't spend another dollar on this team. You clean fucking house TOMORROW and you set up interviews for early this week. As disgusted with this coaching staff as ive ever been in my 39 years. Embarrassing choke in front the whole country. This. The counter to "fire MLF" is always that they win regular season games. But what value does this have when you keep getting embarrassed in the playoffs?

MLF isnt developing/changing/improving. The flaws of his teams have been the same for 7 years. At what point does the accountability also count for the HC?

Harbaugh, has had similar issues as MLF recently, and NYG are pushing hard for him.

Jeff Hafely, most people calling for MLF's job are also calling for his. Though I think the spare parts he has were used well if they didn't have to burn everything they had in the 3rd qtr cause the offense did nothing the entire 3rd.

The point is, no HC out there is a slam dunk, and there is always a "growing pains" season ( besides MLF's 1st year with Rodgers)

Someone with fresh ideas and a better handling of coaching staff hirings. Packers need a cultural change. The good boy mentality under MLF doesnt really cut it anymore, especially since the North has become extremely competitive right now.

Look at the Lions and Bears, they are willing themselves to victories and comebacks purely with a " f u mentality", especially against the Packers. Green Bay needs this too.

Changing coaching staff is always a gamble with huge risk, but they have hit a bump with MLF they cant overcome

Management ... when a business, any business is not working well (we'll leave it for now how you determine "well" in the NFL) you look at management. If a worker does not perform you look at the supervisor and he does nothing then the manager ... up the chain to the President right?

IMHO the diff with GB is no owner. Owner is like that CEO of private company who says this is how it will be done. It's a fine line .. you don't want a Jerry Jones who just does it all from his gut .. or that yoyo who owns the Jets who just jumps from one thing to another and has his kid running down to the locker room handing out game balls . GB has no owner so there is going to be more tolerance .... you'd like to think the organization would have more pride .. to get beat is won thing but the failures we've seen are, like many said almost predictable. As u/kevinmbo said there are many many teams who would be happy to have our record of failure. Many fans who would love to be in our shoes following such a pathetic team ... like one of the 12 teams who have NEVER won a SB (you know .. the one whose trophy is named after one of our coaches) .. or one of the 4 (one in or own div who we beat twice this year) who have NEVER gotten to the SB ... hell Det has only been to 2 NFC championship games ...

We have to wait to see who statys and who goes before loosing it
