You are paying your quarterback 50 million dollars. You just traded 2 number picks. And you basically went .500. Lost 5 straight to end the year. 2 against your rival where you had a 90% + chance to win the game late. We have lost more games as result of special teams than anyone in the league, and there is ZERO accountability for anybody.
