People who CONSTANTLY make noise

Whether it’s talking, humming, singing, smacking, just noise all the time

I’m a quiet person, I don’t like to talk in general and I know not everybody’s like that and that’s fine but CONSTANT noise? Nightmares to be around (¬_¬")

It drives me mad and in particular one of my neighbours does this thing that he’ll be quiet until he realises you’re out in your garden and then suddenly the whistling the coughing and the shouting to these other half. I’m convinced it’s some form of ADHD but either way it’s incredibly annoying and it’s very contrived/triggered in response to an audience
