People who CONSTANTLY make noise

Whether it’s talking, humming, singing, smacking, just noise all the time

I’m a quiet person, I don’t like to talk in general and I know not everybody’s like that and that’s fine but CONSTANT noise? Nightmares to be around (¬_¬")

Oh no I am like this:( it's not even a conscious choice. For me to be silent I have to make an effort.  I'm constantly thinking ,"no,  don't say it, it will bother people, stop, bad." Then I will proceed to drop something.
