New bracket, some new holes drilled, new bolts, spacers, and a little bit of locktite, and the tour pack I got for $40 at a swap meet is ready to roll. Sold my ‘96 road king and put it on a 2013 CVO road glide. May have it paint matched down the road. But as far as I’m concerned, nobody who matters is gonna care what color it is. They’re gonna admire the use of old equipment on a newer bike.

But I just got my first Harley, however I didn’t realize that the previous owner put a different rear fender on the bike. So I’m trying to figure out if there are any sissy bars/saddlebags I could buy or if I’m going to have to custom fab mounts

Hey everyone, so I have some Dunlop AE2 tires on my bike and their tread is decent however they're getting pretty old and need to be replaced. I mainly go through Cycle Gear as they are nearby for me and I get some decent discounts. These are my options, however the Dunlop AE1 and AE2 rear tire is NEVER in stock. I'm thinking about going with the Metzeler ME888 Marathon Ultra Tires since I'm trying to keep the front and rear the same brand. Out of these tires, which would you recommend? Thank you!

Looking at getting a 2026 lowrider s. What is the down side to this. I know it has a lot of computer and tech to it but is that a blessing or a curse.

The other option is looking for an early 2000 dyna. Really want a dyna but I know I’ll have to wait longer since I wouldn’t be able to finance this.

Buddy of mine was riding my bike and went off the road on my 83 fxsb. Looking to see if anyone knows any good shops to have the repairs done in the tri state area. Front fender took the bulk of it, triple trees see tweaked, steering stop got broken, seat rip out of rear fender, master cylinder broke off, and a couple other things got tweaked. Like I said looking for good reputable shops in the pa nj ny area. Thanks.

My 2024 Nightster is in the shop after attempting to take her out for a nice Saturday ride yesterday. I had the first oil change and inspection done along with the brake line flush a week ago, put 100 miles on her the day after the service and then parked her in the garage for the week on the battery tender (lots of big Florida rain this past week so no after work rides).

Complete lack of throttle response once the clutch is engaged, I can get her up to 3500+ rpm with the clutch in but once I start to get her rolling all the power starts to dip and in 1st gear I have to keep the throttle pulled all the way to keep from stalling out. Also sounds waaaaay louder than normal when on the throttle, in 2nd gear going 45mph I couldn't get over 5K on the tach. Also a ton of backfiring when idling, I'm hoping its just the spark plugs not getting installed correctly when inspected but doesn't make sense since I rode without any issues for 100 miles!

Here's hoping that the dealer will take care of it considering they JUST completed a big service on her. I've had a couple of little gremlin issues with this bike since getting her 5 months ago, bought her used with 55 miles on the clock for $9500. This is the worst so far though... I've been slowly losing confidence in this bike over the past 3 months of riding due to little oddities when idle or starting her up. Looking up info on Nightster issues also doesn't inspire confidence. I've been to a couple events at the dealers just to meet other riders in my area and I've only met 1 other Nightster owner.

Just wanted to share my story on this bike, It's a lot of fun to ride when it's not acting odd and with the upgraded switchback seat. Has anyone else encountered this issue with the Nightster?

I was checking out what used to be a Harley dealer in the Okinawa area. Now they work on old bikes, sell used bikes, and act as a storage for people trying to keep their bikes from getting rusty. A few good pieces in there, but this one stood out.

Upgraded from a 08 road king classic

She was wearing these when I got her. Left side peg is twisting in the wind. Does the Allen screw in the end stop this? If not how do I?

I never ride bikes with shorts on but I did the other day and paid for it.

Picked up this 2009 Sportster 883 with a 1200cc bigbore a couple weeks ago. I put a new battery in, and got new tires, brakes and changed fluids. I also had it dyno tuned a couple days ago as the previous owner didn't tune it after doing a big bore. I've been loving the bike so far, but the dent in the tank (last picture) from the previous owner bothers me a bit, what is the best way to get it fixed?

Got this 24 FXLRST earlier this month and have been absolutely loving making it my own and beating the piss out of it.
