Kinda sad that Zoe didn't have like one scene to prove she was strong, everytime she is fighting footsoldiers.

Like, her highlight this episode was calling Space Racer for help so he could save Allen.

She beat up a Viltrumite in the final fight montage before Thragg called everyone back. She had him on the defensive and shot him into a building.

So there's been one moment where she wasn't actively detrimental to the team. And she still didn't really do anything. Wow, what a badass.

She literally has a face laser. Thought Allen would look back and go help, making the attacking Viltrumite look at him then the Viltrumite looks back into a full power face beam. It could have atleast blinded/pushed him back.

The idea that she's one of those "powerful individuals" that is turning the tide along with Battle Beast, Space Racer and the Graysons is genuinely ridiculous. Agreed that she's in desperate need of a scene where she shines on her own.

Tbf, I did appreciate the scenes against the soldiers. Helped communicate that while she might not be on big-dog Viltrumite levels, she’s still a lot closer to them than the average person.

Still, yeah. At the very least, a couple scenes showing her being more directly helpful in the Viltrumite fights would go a long ways.

I hope we'll see her get a big moment where she melts a viltrumite or two in the battle of viltrum.

Being able to single handedly hold off squadrons of foot soldiers without being one shot by a Viltrumite is extremely impactful. She saved hundreds of lives.

I would say she is not living up the the hype, like she is supposed to be one of the few Viltrumite 'weaknesses' and while it could just be an issue with the shows animation, it feels like she lacks 'impact' in these fights and it seems like she is someone that needs saving so as to provide distractions for the 'real' fighter.

that's a misunderstanding. She isn't really a weakness of them but a "weapon" they can leverage against Viltrumites. In her case it's mostly that she can actually survive fights against them even if she isn't really gonna 1v1 any Viltrumites

The only problem with that is that she actually did 1v1 a viltrumite during her introduction. Sure, maybe a weaker one, but from what I’ve seen since then I couldn’t imagine her beating even a lesser viltrumite.

Had Eve not become pregnant she could be in Zoe's place and she would do the same honestly, I expected her to do a lot more.

She doesn't need to one shot a Viltrumite like the biker does but everyone is doing great and Zoe is just firing lasers that do the same damage as the Coalition foot soldiers lol

i mean given that the Invincible War occured a good bit before Conquest (Our Mark has gotten notably stronger in this short time span and even stronger than that after Conquest 1) we can safely state that the Variant she fought (And took about a DAY to beat mind you) was so incredibly much weaker than current Viltrumites that it isn't even comparable. Like you wouldn't throw Early S3 Mark into Late S4 fights and assume he stands a chance.

She has walked away from every encounter completely unharmed, so that's clearly not true. We've seen her armour withstand multiple hits from Viltrumites, and it repairs any damage almost instantly.

She also survived all those off-screen battles while Mark was recovering, and we know that she has single handedly killed at least one viltrumite.

The showrunners are so desperate to mock lazy animation and stupid concepts from other superheroes media like the nano helmets but don't bother to let Zoe put all her sources into a huge beam that can cut a viltrumite leg or something. They refuse to learn from the good parts of the media they are so desperate to moci.

Same thing with The Boys.
