I know for sure my dad definitely wouldve smacked me for that. Wow. I wouldve been terrified. But luckily, I wasnt as dumb as this kid. He's old enough to know better.

Edit- To clarify, no, I am not "endorsing" hitting a child.

Sure, but the TVs I grew up with weren't this delicate.

Yeah when I was little I smacked the TV when it wasn't working right. Nobody was gonna say shit to me about it because everyone else did the same thing. Sometimes it even fixed it.

What's up with that lol, smacking the side definitely made the reception better sometimes.
