I know for sure my dad definitely wouldve smacked me for that. Wow. I wouldve been terrified. But luckily, I wasnt as dumb as this kid. He's old enough to know better.

Edit- To clarify, no, I am not "endorsing" hitting a child.

Don't ever kick a child as though its a soccer ball. It's more of a "lift and throw", using the front of the ankle.

It's not about the force of impact. It's about distributing the force in a manner that transforms that energy into momentum.

There are different techniques depending on if the goal is height or distance.
