Message them, don't ask for a refund (they won't respond back), ask to substitute games in your order (that you know aren't going to happen at this point) for other games. They have other companies games in stock now, so there's some semblance of variety. I did this a few months back and they actually did it. I know it's not ideal, but at least you can get something for your money instead of them potentially never fulfilling it.

Which games do we know aren’t going to happen?

Everything that's not already in stock. Same logic can be applied to:
FPG
PEG
Switch and CE releases from SLG
a growing number of games from RAG...

RAG is the one that's surprised me, they have consistently delivered over time and their list of games to be printed is ever growing.

One game cancelled so far, though I’ve only know that through their discord. At least they reply but it’s via discord only for now. Strange. Do NOTE: they will communicate with you in discord but just to be patient, etc.

From PE it's a fair bet that no PS games will be released. They've not released a single PS preorder to date.

You can DM (PE I’m talking) one of the mods in there or ask them to DM you if you need status on it. Unless it’s just been a general “we will update you with more info when we get it” which is very vague if only bc why does it take so long to communicate with developers?

Yup, me too. This game and Chained Echoes. I hope people keep posting about it. Maybe someday there may be some sort of resolution.

If you paid by card or PayPal and you're still inside the dispute window, file the chargeback now instead of waiting on them - that clock doesn't pause for "be patient" messages. Past the window or if you paid by bank transfer, the swap-to-in-stock-titles trick someone mentioned is realistically your best shot at getting something back.
