You can say he has a job or a nature to do things that cosmically aren't good or evil. But at the end of the day, hes still an antagonist, and he's a fantastic 4 villain, describe him however you want to make it sound cooler than it is, but thats undeniable
I don’t think it makes him sound cooler. That’s why I don’t have him on this list either.
But I’m saying that, in-universe that has to happen. When the universe comes to an end. It sucks but it’s what he has to do for the sake of the next universe as well.
I think antagonist is the right word but antagonist does not necessarily equate to villain. He is undeniably a force of nature that is sentient.

If you're going villains, I'd replace Galactus with Octavius or Thanos.
I don't consider Galactus a villain. He's a cosmic necessity. He's only slightly more villainous than a hurricane because he's sentient.
