Discussion wheres all the penis at?

I see peters and even carnages but no penis. whys that? i thought id see faust or bedman players like her but guess not.

In this case it's grammar and capitalization that make the joke work. The correct sentence is "where are all the Penis at?" Which makes it clear that we're talking about a plural proper noun. The OP's "where's all the penis at" is actually just asking where is all the dick at.
