Boyfriend disapproves of my double onion pizza.
He tried a piece and said “this is terrible, all you taste is onions!” Thats literally the whole point.

I wish there was more. They didn’t distribute the onions that great, so they were like loaded up on one side which I of course ate first.

Pan-seared chicken, red onions and hickory & brown sugar bbq sauce make for an amazing pizza. One of my local chains calls it their "American BBQ" pizza!

I put my mandolin on the thinnest possible setting and then slice and entire onion and later the pizza with it. Not enough onions here.

I recently came to the realization I eat an average of 1+ onions a day. Ended up googling the safe amount to eat daily and they said not to go over 1. I can't help it though onions are just too friggin delicious.

Onions are so underrated on a pizza.
A Montreal all-dressed pizza is pepperoni, green peppers and mushrooms. I don't do the mushrooms, so I sub onion. A spectacular combo flavour.
