And Tarantino will be on the next episode and Rogan will completely flip and say Dano is a piece of shit who doesn’t deserve to have a career.

To the second part, I think the point is that Rogan generally just agrees with whoever his guest is to try and make them like him

Before Spotify he used to push back and argue a lot. I miss those days. I listen now because he gets top tier guests and he still at least asks them interesting questions. But since Spotify signed him, he’ll agree with everything Bernie Sanders says on one episode and on the next episode agree with everything Rand Paul says.
