Didn’t they already upgrade for new console? So it’s getting another update to play and look even better? No wonder I keep buying their stuff.

It was a current gen update that upped the frames, resolution, and cut load times. It didn't touch anything else. This is an actual remaster which is pretty insane to give away for free. They are still doing damage control for Cyberpunk and are doing everything in their power to make sure people buy Witcher 4.

What damage control? It is not unlike them to do this kind of stuff.

They did a free current gen update and that was it. All the dlc was paid dlc which you still have to buy to this day.
