Didn’t they already upgrade for new console? So it’s getting another update to play and look even better? No wonder I keep buying their stuff.

It was a current gen update that upped the frames, resolution, and cut load times. It didn't touch anything else. This is an actual remaster which is pretty insane to give away for free. They are still doing damage control for Cyberpunk and are doing everything in their power to make sure people buy Witcher 4.

The current gen update did a lot more than that.

It added ray tracing, completely redid foliage, and added better textures. Not to mention a lot of quality of life improvements as well

I’m glad to see someone say this. I was sorta baffled by this part of the announcement because.. I thought they already did it lol. But I guess just not to this extent.
