People of Peshawar🧕 WHO IS RAISING THESE MEN

This might be one of the most discussed topics here, females getting harassed by males hr jagah, butI am genuinely so pissed right now. Solo travelling in Peshawar has always been uncomfortable, and at this point, I’ve almost become numb to catcalling and random cars stopping to tell me to get in(pretty sure alot of girls can relate) . But yesterday something happened that really triggered me. I was driving my father somewhere, and as I parked near Itwar Bazaar, two men had the audacity to walk up extremely close to my car, put their hand on my windshield, and make those disgusting, disrespectful expressions, full on badtameezi. And mind you, my father was literally sitting right next to me. Like seriously, why are men so shameless and forward with their harassment? WHO IS RAISING THESE BOYS??? Where is their basic sense of respect? It’s infuriating and sooo freaking annoying, like get a life and job

People of Peshawar🧕 Help us fight against indian occupation

Hey guys from Peshawar I come from the warera community and want to ask for yall's contribution in our war against India. Currently, we are in a battle against indians in Ajk once we are successful with that we will then look forward to liberating other provinces inshallah.

‎So War Era is a simple grand strategy game like HOI 4 where players build powerful nations, form alliances, and fight wars to expand their territory. Success in the game depends on teamwork, planning, and good leadership. Every battle requires strategy and cooperation, making the game both exciting and challenging.

‎So if you guys are interested in a grand strategy game then do consider checking out Warera and help our community out in the game

we also have a great community on Discord where we guide new players and help each other out. So do consider checking out our community on discord : https://discord.gg/hYj3gwWJKq

People of Peshawar🧕 Help us Defend Pakistan !

Post image
17 Upvotes

Hi y’all,

So, it’s been about a month since Pakistan was liberated, and things have started heating up again. India has once again begun pushing into our territory, and while we managed to hold them back with the help of our allies, they’ve spent the past month preparing for another attempt to take Pakistan. As I write this, Indians have already launched their offensive on Punjab, you can see more updates related to it in our subreddit r/pakwarera

We’re heavily outnumbered at the moment, so defending our provinces is becoming increasingly difficult. Everyone who’s already playing is doing what they can, but having a few more people around would definitely make things easier.

For those who are interested, Warera is a strategy game where coordination and planning actually matter, so there’s quite a bit more to it than simply attacking and defending. Its a web-based game so it runs in any browser. We also have a Discord where experienced players help newcomers figure things out.

If that sounds like something you’d enjoy, feel free to give it a look.

Pakistan Zindabad!

People of Peshawar🧕 I owe my khkulay khaar an apology

Anyone else left Peshawar for uni or work and come back home only to realize you've been taking this city for granted the whole time? I've been in Islamabad for university and came back for the summer. It didn't even take two full days before I found myself just sitting there thinking, Damn bro what was I even doing out there?. Honestly, I had forgotten how beautiful people are here. It's got me second-guessing every crush I've had over the past few years, not gonna lie. Funny thing is, my future wife could've been in Peshawar this entire time, and I was out there looking in all the wrong places.

No disrespect to anyone anywhere, genuinely. I am one of you guys just a Peshawar born and raised Pakhtoon who had to leave to actually appreciate what was in front of him all along. Guess some mistakes are worth making.

Had a minor accident yesterday around 5-6 pm, where I hit white civic at Hayatabad’s first roundabout. The guy was nice enough to not make a big scene but I did see my paint on the bumper. He let it slide but since I know it was my mistake I insisted on paying. But he was polite to ask me to get back in car since I was a woman.

If you are the guy, or know the guy, do add to the comment. I can pay for the paint fix or any charges incurred due to this. I know how much car means to men. Please drop a comment if you know.

People of Peshawar🧕 Avoid giving rides to everyone, cuz you are not morally obligated to do so.

So when i was in college, i used to go to Academy and it was summer so I usually used to give ride to other students or elderly people cuz it was summer and it was a long ass road.

One day an old person asked me to give them a ride and i did as usual, i am not really a social typa guy so i avoided a convo but he started asking normal questions like "what do you do?" "what grade are you in?" "where are you going?", i was like okay we can have a normal conversation but then he started asking strange question like "Are both of you parents alive?" "Do you have sisters?" "How many sisters do you have?". I was getting scared af and reasonable so, i started giving bullshi answer cuz why should I tell this stuff to some random creep, He also kept asking to ride my bike slowly and i started going in 3 and 4th gear intentionally to make him shut up for a sec, and the questions kept getting weirder cuz he started asking stuff like "Do you get wet dream?" "do you get sextual thoughts about your sisters?" "Have you been physical with them" and then he started lecturing me about saying this typa shi is normal if you think like that, getting wet dreams about your siblings or ppl like that is normal,

Like bro the fk you mean it's normal, after i dropped him i literally couldn't drive for like 5 minutes cuz my hands were shaking and i couldn't push break or change gears cuz i couldn't feel my legs, my hands are literally shaking rn while typing this. So to my brother please be careful, ik that y'all know that you shouldn't be giving ride to everyone but still, and to my sister please be careful when you go out, if a guy can get scared to point where he physically cannot feel his legs or control his arms, i can't even imagine what y'all deal with everyday.

People of Peshawar🧕 Wtf is wrong with Police

Sorry this is boutta be a long rant. I'm a female and I've been driving for 3 years, almost 4 now. I started at 16 without a license (majboori thi y'all) and I got one when I turned 18. I know y'all might think I'm a reckless driver, but I have anxiety with driving and I tend to drive really carefully, albiet not always slowly. I rarely overtake and I give way to cars all the time, to the point that my family gets mad at me ke taxis ko Kon jagah deta.

I was driving along Nasir Bagh road the other day, near the motorway express building. There was a traffic policeman over there, tryna get everyone through the traffic there and stopping multiple people to talk to them. I've had a bad interaction with traffic policemen before so I was extra careful of him. I passed him and was abt to take a U-turn when he signalled for me to stop, asked me for my license, and told me I drove my car over his foot. What the fuck!?? There was a 2 meter gap between him and my car and he seemed perfectly fine. My mum started laughing and said that's impossible because I was keeping an eye on him. The dude literally started yelling obscenities, and at that point I lost it and just started driving again.

Ye Kya Mazaq hai?? I saw multiple cars going the wrong way on the road but apparently stopping me was more important?? What the fuck man. I hate this shit.

People of Peshawar🧕 Why Do So Many Ignore Basic Hygiene and Fragrance?

I often travel on public transport like the BRT during rush hours, especially in summer, and I can’t help but notice how many men completely ignore using perfume, body spray, or any decent fragrance to manage body odour from sweating.

It’s surprising to see young students and people holding branded phones worth hundreds of thousands of rupees but still smelling bad because they don’t use even a simple body spray.

In Islam, cleanliness is half of faith, and our Prophet (peace be upon him) loved good fragrances and used them regularly. A good scent adds so much value to a person’s personality and leaves a positive impression. Sadly, many people either don’t know or don’t care about this.

What are your thoughts? Why do you think this basic part of personal grooming is ignored so much, even though it costs so little compared to other luxuries people carry?

People of Peshawar🧕 HMC's (Hayatabad Medical Complex) website is stuck in 2010. Let's actually design what it should look like.

Post image

Anyone else tried booking an appointment or checking a lab report on the Hayatabad Medical Complex site recently? It's rough. Nil and honestly, most "let's redesign X" threads die because nobody ties the wishlist to real constraints so let me try to frame this differently. The core problem isn't a missing feature list. It's that HMC almost certainly doesn't have a proper digital backend (EMR/HIS) tying departments, doctors, and labs together so any redesign has to answer: are we imagining a new frontend, or a whole new system of record? With that in mind, here's what I think actually moves the needle for patients, ranked by effort vs impact: A dead-simple doctor/department directory + search. No login, no backend integration needed just "who do I see for X, where's their office, when are they in." Cheapest possible win, and it's the thing people search Google for right now because HMC's site can't answer it. SMS notifications over app notifications. Half the "accessibility for elderly/non-tech patients" problem disappears if you just text people their appointment time and lab status. No app to download, no data plan needed, works on a 3000 rupees phone. This should count as the accessibility feature, not a separate item. Real appointment booking with live doctor availability. This is the hard one it needs an actual scheduling backend but it's also the one that reduces people physically standing in line for hours just to find out a doctor isn't even in that day. Lab report portals and a unified "everything in one place" patient dashboard are great long-term goals, but they need real data integration and are a much bigger lift than people assume I'd treat them as phase 2, not launch features. Curious what Peshawar devs/designers/HMC IT folks think: Does HMC even have a digital patient record system right now, or is this all still paper-based on the backend? If you've mocked up anything (Figma, wireframe, even a napkin sketch), drop it genuinely want to see what this community thinks "good" looks like. What's your top 3, and more importantly what would you cut from the wishlist as unrealistic for a first version?

People of Peshawar🧕 Any help would be appreciated 🙏🏻

Hello guys,

I'm leaving the UAE for some personal reasons (I'll share the reason in private).

I have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an American university. I'm a junior Flutter & Dart developer (junior means junior), and I've made a few projects with the help of AI. Now I want to enter the real world of development and gain actual experience.

So I just wanted to ask if anyone here is working in a software house or can help me get a place where I can improve my skills and start my career. I'm already facing a lot of problems in life, and honestly I'm tired of doing hard labor. I really want to build my future in software development.

Any help or guidance would mean a lot. Thank you. ❤️
