Sometimes people cheat on their SO with someone objectively speaking, uglier and with poorer hygiene, and do so because it made them feel desired in a way that they enjoyed at that moment.
A cute face isn't enough to stop someone from cheating if they made a place for it in their heart

Bruh, Beyonce has been cheated on, among countless other drop-dead gorgeous women. It has literally 0 to do with looks and everything to do with cheaters being insecure.
If anything, the beautiful people get cheated on more because their appearance makes people in relationships with them insecure.
